Why Trees – Water

1. Trees Create Clouds by evaporation in the air

"Water flows in the trees from roots to leaves, where it becomes water vapor and is exhaled into the air. These water vapors make cluster together, forming clouds."
-

2. Trees Also Slow Rainfall

"Rain falls to the ground quickly. In open lands or forest flow of water rises during rain which can leads to flooding, landslides and erosion.  When rain falls on a forest, the leaves and needles of the trees slow the raindrops down dramatically."
-

3. Trees help in increasing the ground water level.

"During rainfall top layer of soil, absorbs the water which was actually made healthy by the roots of the trees. Then absorbed soil further taken and passed in soil by tree roots, which ultimately helps in the rising of ground water level."
-

4. Trees Keep Rivers and Streams Cool and Protected

"Flow of air in the river can eventually increase the high pressure of the flowing water. Where trees cut the flow of air and help a river to flow in a pleasing manner."
